Delete your account

Enter the email address on your EdgeSoftwares account. We will email you a confirmation link, valid for 24 hours. Opening the link and confirming permanently deletes the account.

• Business owner: deletes the whole business: customers, jobs, invoices, stock, photos and files, technician logins and subscription records.
• Technician: deletes only your own login; the business keeps its data.

Deletion cannot be undone. Backups we hold are overwritten on our regular rotation. Cancelling a Google Play subscription is separate; do that in the Play Store.
